The Town Code is a compilation of the ordinances and resolutions of the Town of Hull. The ordinances and resolutions span a number of topics as well as a number of years. Many of the ordinances and resolutions have survived without significant revisions; others have been modified or rewritten to reflect changes in the town and changes in laws that affect the functions of town government. Future changes will necessitate additional modifications, additions and deletions in the Code.

CHAPTER 4 - THE TOWN BOARD AND TOWN GOVERNMENT
Section 4.01 Village Powers, was passed as a resolution on July 27, 1967, after the Board received a petition from qualified voter of the Town.
Section 4.02 Five Member Town Board, was passed as Ordinance No. 5-6-81(a) on May 6, 1982. Published May 9, 1981.
Section 4.03 Annual Report, was adopted by a motion made and carried on March 26, 1966.
CHAPTER 20 - ADOPTION OF COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE
Chapter 20 was passed as a resolution on January 25,1967.
CHAPTER 21 - WISCONSIN UNIFORM DWELLING CODE
Chapter 21 was adopted as an ordinance on May 21, 1980. Effective June 1, 1980.
CHAPTER 22 - TOWN BUILDING ORDINANCE
Chapter 22 was originally passed on July 31, 1967. Published August 3, 1967.
Subsection (4) of Section 22.03, Moving Buildings, was originally passed as an amendment on February 6, 1968.
CHAPTER 23 - SUBDIVISIONS
Chapter 23 was originally passed as the Subdivision Control Ordinance on May 26, 1971.
Subsection (2)(e) of Section 23.05, General Requirements and Design Standards (originally Section 5,BB(5)), was deleted and a new subsection was substitutes by amendment on July 5, 1972.
Sections 23.02 and 23.02 were substantially revised by an amendment passed on December 17, 1975. Published December 22, 1975. Current subsections 23.02(2) and (3) were added. Subsections 23.03(1), (2), and (3) were substituted for the original subsection (1), a simple definition of ‘subdivision’.
Section 23.02 was amended on February 15, 1978. Published February 21, 1978. Subsection (4) was added.
Section 23.08(3) was originally passed as a resolution on March 21, 1979.
Section 23.05(5)(b), Lot Dimensions, (originally Section 5, E(2)), as originally written, was deleted and a substitution was made by resolution on June 1, 1979. Published June 5, 1979.
CHAPTER 26 - MOBILE HOME REGULATION, LICENSING & FEES
Section 26.01 through 26.06 were originally passed on April 26, 1968.
Section 26.07 was originally passed on April 21, 1970. Published April 25, 1970. This was the Monthly Permit Fee Ordinance and it included the general provisions of Section VII of the 1968 Mobile Home Regulation Ordinance.
Sections 26.08(1) and 26.09(1) were parts of the 1968 ordinance, Sections VIII and IX(a) respectively.
Sections 26.08(2) and 26.09(2) were parts if the 1970 ordinance, Sections 5 and 6 respectively. Section 26.10, Effective Date, is an edited version of Section X of the 1968 ordinance.
CHAPTER 30 - ROADS, STREETS & PUBLIC WAYS
Chapter 30 was passed as a resolution on July 8, 1968.
CHAPTER 40 - SEWERS & SEPTIC SYSTEMS
Chapter 40 was passed as a resolution on May 20, 1970.
CHAPTER 50 - ANIMAL CARE AND LICENSING
Chapter 50 was originally passed as the Animal Care and Licensing Ordinance on August 15, 1979. Published August 20, 1979. Effective August 21, 1979. The Dog Ordinance of 1975 (passed on May 7 and published on May 9) is superceded by Section 50.17. The fees in Section 50.15 and 50.27(1) were increased from the original levels on November 19, 1980.
Sections 59.01 through 59.05 and Section 59.07 were originally passed on July 14, 1948.
Section 59.06, Severability, is new.
Chapter 79 was passed as an ordinance on April 22, 1957.
CHAPTER 89 - REGULATION OF MALT BEVERAGES & LIQUOR
New. Replaces the Malt Beverage and Liquor Ordinance of 1939.

Chapter 103 was passed as an ordinance on April 1, 1981.
Chapter 105 is a compilation of several speed limit ordinances, including: the resolution of September 20, 1978 setting speed limits for Jordan road, Airport Road and Old Highway 18; the ordinance of September 5, 1979, which is now included within the new general provision of Section 105.02(1); the resolution of January 7, 1981 setting a speed limit for County Club Drive; and the ordinance of May 6, 1981 setting a speed limit on Jordan Road.
CHAPTER 106 - FIRE LANES: NO PARKING
Chapter 106 was originally passed on February 7, 1979. Published February 8, 1979. Effective February 9, 1979.
Section 106.04, Authorization for Removal and Towing, was amended on March 7, 1979. Published March 8, 1979.
CHAPTER 107 - OFF-ROAD VEHICLES
Chapter 107 was passed as an ordinance on June 6, 1979. Published June 26, 1979.
CHAPTER 111 PARKS & THE PARK COMMISSION
Chapter 111 was originally accepted as the Park Commission By-Laws on April 19, 1978.
CHAPTER 116 - PLOVER RIVER BULKHEAD LINE
Chapter 116 was passed as an ordinance on February 6, 1964.
CHAPTER 119 STATE WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLAN
Chapter 119 was passed as a resolution on August 5, 1981.
