Section 105.01 Speed Zones Established
The maximum permissible speeds at which vehicles may be operated on the named and described roads, which speeds are established as reasonable and safe pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes, Section 349.11, shall be as set forth herein, subject to the erection of standard signs giving notice of the speed limits.
Section 105.02 Speed Limits
1) The speed limit on all streets and roads within subdivisions approved under Chapter 23 of this Code shall be twenty-five (25) miles per hour, unless the Town Board shall determine that special conditions require that other reasonable and safe limits be set.
2) The speed limit on the following described portions of town roads shall be twenty-five (25) miles per hour:
a. Airport Road, from its intersection with Torun Road, easterly and southeasterly to its intersection with State Highway 66.
3) The speed limit on the following described portions of town roads shall be thirty-five (35) miler per hour:
a. Country Club Drive, from its intersection with State Highway 10, southerly to the town line
b. Old Highway 18, from its intersection with State Highway 10 southerly and easterly to Brilowski Road Amended with Ordinance 1110-97
4) The speed limit on the following described portions of town roads shall be forty-five (45) miles per hour:
a. Jordan Road, from its intersection with North Second Drive, northerly and easterly to its intersection with Torun road.

The Town Board, Town of Hull, County of Portage, does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 105.01 Speed Zones Established
The maximum permissible speeds at which vehicles may be operated on the named and described roads, which speeds are established as reasonable and safe pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes, Section 349.11, shall be as set forth herein, subject to the erection of standard signs giving notice of the speed limits.
Section 105.02 Speed Limits
1) The speed limit on all streets and roads within subdivisions approved under Chapter 23 of this Code shall be twenty-five (25) miles per hour, unless the Town Board shall determine that special conditions require that other reasonable and safe limits be set.

Establishment of Speed Zones on Woodview Drive, Town of Hull, Portage County.
The Town Board, Town of Hull, County of Portage, does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The maximum permissible speed at which vehicles may be operated on said highway which speed is herewith established as reasonable and safe pursuant to Section 346.57 (4)(g) and 349.11, Wisconsin Statutes, shall be as set forth herein, subject to the erection of standard signs giving notice thereof:
Woodview Drive, Town of Hull, Portage County
Thirty-Five Miles Per Hour for all vehicles on Woodview Drive from the intersection of North Second Drive to the intersection of North Reserve Drive for a distance of .9 miles.

The Town board, Town of Hull, County of Portage, does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The maximum permissible speed at which vehicles may be operated on said highway which speed is herewith established as reasonable and safe pursuant to Sections 346.57(4)(g) and 349.11, Wisconsin Statutes, shall be as set forth herein, subject to the erection of standard signs giving notice hereof:
Old Wausau Road, Town of Hull, Portage County
A. Twenty-five miles per hour (25 MPH) for all vehicles from the town boundary with the city of Stevens Point north to the intersection of North Point Drive and Old Wausau Road for a distance of .5 miles.
B. Twenty-five miles per hour (25 MPH) for all vehicles northerly from the intersection of North Point Drive and Old Wausau Road to the intersection of DuBay Avenue for a distance of .7 miles.
C. Thirty-five miles per hour (35 MPH) for all vehicles southerly from the intersection of Casimir Road and Old Wausau Road to the intersection of DuBay Avenue for a distance of 1.35 miles.
Section 2. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall be required to make forfeiture as per the State of Wisconsin Uniform Traffic Misdemeanor Bail Schedule.
This ordinance repeals and supersedes any previous speed limit ordinance on Old Wausau Road.
This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as required by law.

The Town board, Town of Hull, County of Portage, does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The maximum permissible speed at which vehicles may be operated on said highway which speed is herewith established as reasonable and safe pursuant to Sections 346.57(4)(a) and 349.11(3) and (7)(a) Wisconsin Statutes, shall be as set forth herein, subject to the erection of standard signs giving notice thereof:
Rainbow Drive, Town of Hull, Portage County
Forty-five miles per hour (45 MPH) for all vehicles from the town boundary with the Town of Stockton continuing westerly for .7 miles to the intersection with Brilowski Road.
Section 2. Any person violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be subject to the penalties under sec. 346.60, Wisconsin Statutes, and shall be required to make forfeiture as per the Speeding Section of the State of Wisconsin Revised Uniform State Traffic Deposit Schedule.
