Section 4.01 Village Powers
The Town Board of the Town of Hull has the powers of a village, as so stated by its electors.
Section 4.02 Five Member Town Board
1) The Town Board of the Town of Hull shall consist of five (5) supervisors, one of whom shall be designated on the election ballot as chairperson. Three (3) supervisors, including the chairperson, shall be elected in off-numbered years and, commencing in 1982, two (2) supervisors shall be elected in even-numbered years.
2) This ordinance is adopted pursuant to Sec. 60.19(1)(am), Wis. Stats., as authorized by the Special Meeting of the Town of Hull held July 27, 1967, by resolution adopted pursuant to Sec. 60.18(12), Wis. Stats., authorizing the Town Board of the Town of Hull to exercise village powers.
3) This ordinance shall take effect and be in force after passage and publication as required by law.
Section 4.03 Annual Report
An annual report of the Town of Hull shall be published and distributed to the people of the Town.
